Do you have installation services?

Yes, we have experienced technicians that can install any style of window treatment. Our recommendation would be to have a VVV technician measure as some windows have special conditions and require professional measuring.

Can you re-install existing blinds?

If hardware and treatment is in good conditions, yes. Blind/window treatment would have to be examined to confirm.

Do you repair, restring or reprogram?

Yes, depending on the age, style and type of treatment you have. Some parts maybe obsolete and non-repairable.

Can you cut down vertical blinds?

Yes, treatment must be in good/fair condition.

Can I have a soft window treatment created with my own fabric?

Yes.

Can you recover a cornice board?

Yes.

Can I buy parts and hardware?

Yes. We sell most parts and hardware.

Can you create pillows to match my draperies?

Yes. We can create any pillow, shams, decorative pillows, comforters to match any drapery.

Can I provide my own measurements for a estimate?

Yes, we can provide pricing per your sizes. We would require the following:
Quantity, Size, Inside or Outside Mount, Color Selections, Style Selections

When can I expect my product?

Depending on your custom treatment, it can be ready as early as 3 days and no later than 3-4 weeks.
